Job Overview
Georgetown Law’s Tech Institute seeks a Program Coordinator, Institute for Technology Law & Policy, Georgetown University Law Center.
The Institute is dedicated to training the next generation of lawyers and lawmakers and to advancing justice and accountability at the intersection of technology and law. It coordinates the leading academic program in the country for technology law and policy, with three degree programs, more than 80 courses, and 19 full-time faculty. The Institute provides a central hub for policymakers, academics, advocates, and technologists to study and discuss the most pressing issues in technology law and policy today. Among other programming, it hosts public convenings and workshops; trains government staff on key tech policy issues; and supports original research on topics including AI governance, internet platform regulation, the uses of technological tools to promote access to civil justice, patents and public health, and intellectual property.

The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Executive Director and supports the day-to-day work of the Institute, including recruiting and career support activities of the Academic Program Director. The position involves work with a variety of offices across the Law Center and the University in order to coordinate activities, including the Centers & Institutes Management Office, Communications Office, Events Office, Financial Affairs, other Law Center centers and institutes, and the Georgetown-wide Tech & Society Initiative.
