The clerk is responsible for scheduling medical appointments and validating patient eligibility using DEERS and MHS GENESIS. They maintain accurate patient logs, manage provider schedules, and communicate visit instructions to patients.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of medical office scheduling experience. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a typing speed of at least 50 WPM are required.
