The Senior Legislative and Regulatory Rulemaking Manager leads developing priority legislative and regulatory initiatives in assigned regions, aligned with enterprise-wide priorities and informed by business impact analysis for RWE Americas. The role will partner closely with government affairs, policy team, wholesale markets team, and business leaders to ensure analysis is completed in a timely manner, reflects business opportunities and informs advocacy plans. The role is part of the broader Policy team and will help develop company positions and identify proactive opportunities to shape outcomes for legislative proposals and regulatory rulemaking.

Pay range: The annual base salary range for this position in California is $166,000 - $205,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
