Candidates must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the US, and able to stand for long periods. A friendly, energetic attitude is required, and previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
As a Food Runner, you play an important role in delivering a great guest experience by ensuring food reaches guests quickly and accurately. In this role, you bring dishes from the kitchen to guests’ tables while maintaining attention to detail and presentation.
Food Runners also help pack takeout orders with care and keep the Expo Station and Takeout Packing Stations clean, organized, and running smoothly in accordance with Din Tai Fung’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). By working closely with servers and the kitchen team, you help keep service flowing and ensure every guest receives their meal promptly and correctly.

PAY RATE FOR FOOD RUNNER: $16.80/hour + Estimated $9.25 - $10.50/hr in Tips*
