Responsible for receiving, storing, and managing the inventory of departmental food and supplies while maintaining sanitation in storage areas. Duties include rotating stock, monitoring temperatures, and following HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
Previous experience in a storeroom or floorstock environment is preferred. Candidates must be able to perform essential physical functions and may be subject to a Florida Level 2 background screening.
