Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience supporting EDI systems and enterprise application environments. Strong project management skills and proficiency in EDI mapping, testing, and troubleshooting are required.
Position Summary
The EDI Manager is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and supporting, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment. This role oversees daily EDI operations, manages trading partner relationships, ensures reliable and secure data exchange, and partners with business and IT teams to streamline electronic transactions across customers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal systems.
This is an in-office position, remote work will not be considered
This role is in an office work environment during business hours. The position may require occasional off-hour support for critical production issues, system maintenance, partner cutovers, or business continuity events.
