The Junior Field Marketing Manager will support regional marketing initiatives, including budtender training, visual merchandising, and event execution across Colorado. They will also collaborate with sales and brand teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and manage administrative tasks related to brand ambassador programs.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in event or field marketing and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Starting with a few individuals committed to creating clean, refined cannabis concentrates by the beach, Jetty has evolved into a group of passionate professionals committed to becoming one of the world’s most respected cannabis brands.
While the last several years have seen Jetty grow exponentially, we continue to be committed to craft, working with small farmers, producing the cleanest and tastiest products, and contributing to our communities. As we do so, we continue to support the Shelter Project, the company’s in-house compassion program that has been providing free cannabis oil to cancer patients since 2014.
Support the Regional Field Marketing Manager in delivering budtender training, in-store support, and visual merchandising across Colorado retailers
Partner with Sales and Brand Marketing to ensure consistent execution of brand messaging and merchandising initiatives
Support planning and execution of B2B and B2C events, retail activations, and field programs across the Colorado territory
Assist with end-to-end event execution, including coordination with marketing, social, and sales teams and post-event recaps with insights and recommendations
Support Brand Ambassador programs, including administrative tasks, compliance with policies and labor regulations, and tracking of SWAG and merchandising deployment
2+ years of experience in event planning, field marketing, trade marketing, or related roles
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort working cross-functionally
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Passion for the cannabis industry and experiential marketing
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Ability to travel within Colorado
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
Territory: Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and surrounding Colorado markets
Reports To: Stephanie Baxter, Field Marketing Manager- CO
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 per year
