The Division Manager oversees all personnel in sales, office, and warehouse operations, focusing on DSD management and collaboration with Independent Operators. Key duties include managing P&L, sales budgets, and ensuring the distribution center remains compliant with all operational permits.
Candidates need at least one year of experience in DSD retail, sales, or field supervision, specifically working with Independent Operator networks. A college degree in business is desired, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.

The main function of the Division Manager is to manage all associates in assigned division, including but not limited to personnel in sales (supervisors, outside sales force, merchandisers) office and warehouse, as well as all aspects of the operations.
80% - Managing DSD Management / Personnel, Sales, and Operations, while collaborating with Independent Operators to ensure that everything related to the division operates properly.
20% - Other duties are described below.
