The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead one of Wisconsin’s most distinctive independent hospitality properties.
The Ingleside is a full-service hotel and regional gathering place with 194 guest rooms, 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting and ballroom space, an onsite restaurant, Springs Water Park, and major seasonal events including Country Christmas. Located in Lake Country just outside Milwaukee, the property serves business, group, wedding, leisure, dining, waterpark, and seasonal event guests throughout the year.
This is a strong opportunity for a hospitality leader who has successfully led a full-service hotel, conference hotel, resort, or similarly complex property and is ready to take ownership of a high-visibility independent asset.
The General Manager reports to the President of Hospitality and is responsible for total property performance, including hotel operations, guest experience, conference and event execution, food and beverage, waterpark operations, seasonal attractions, team leadership, sales growth, financial results, asset care, and community presence.
The General Manager will provide visible, hands-on leadership across the full property while developing a strong department-head team and maintaining a culture of genuine and caring service.

The anticipated base salary range is $130,000 to $185,000, based on experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual incentive opportunity.
