The Meat Cutter is responsible for performing precise meat cuts using knives and saws while ensuring proper stocking, rotation, and quality control of products. They must also maintain a safe, clean work environment and provide excellent customer service.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and possess basic kitchen or food preparation skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with the ability to safely operate cutting tools and lift up to 50 lbs.
