This person's primary duties include drink preparation, ensure drinks are presented to generate utmost eye appeal, assure proper sanitation and cleanliness of the unit in order to fulfill health department standards and requirements, inspection of unit for safety and security, proper completion of paperwork and opening and closing unit as required. Other duties as assigned or required.
