Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business and at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in Brand Marketing or CPG. Proven success in full P&L accountability and developing growth strategies for brand portfolios is required.
The Vice President, Brand Marketing is responsible for defining the strategic direction and business objectives for an assigned brand portfolio within the Retail business. This role owns category strategy, portfolio performance, brand positioning, and financial results to deliver sustainable growth, strong brand health, and long-term value creation.
Reporting to the Group Vice President, Retail & Innovation, this role translates consumer, customer, and marketplace insights into winning strategies, leads execution across the portfolio, and develops organizational capability to deliver profitable growth while contributing to the overall Retail portfolio strategy.
Works in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility. The noise level in the office is quiet. Occasional travel to plants or meetings is required.
