Serves as the primary relationship steward for BCBS Plan senior leadership, NLO Board executives, Consortium Health Plans (CHP), and external industry stakeholders. Facilitates governance, workgroups, and best-practice sharing forums. Represents BCBSA at Board Committee, Subcommittee, and external industry meetings. Product, Solution Ownership and Financial Oversight:
Oversees product and solution development, including the UDS process and NLO market offerings. Directs vendor management, actuarial and marketing strategy development, and operational processes that optimize network discount positioning and support BCBS Plan sales and retention. Accountable for budget development and financial oversight across both portfolios; ensures programs are delivered within budget and that investments in people, systems, and process enhancements deliver measurable value.
Team Leadership and Talent Development:
Leads, manages, and develops a high-performing team across Commercial Markets and National Labor Office functions.
