The Talent Acquisition Lead partners with corporate leaders to design and implement forward-thinking recruitment strategies that address both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent goals. This role emphasizes direct and innovative sourcing methods, leveraging modern tools including AI, creative outreach, and proactive engagement with both active and passive candidates to build strong, diverse pipelines of talent.
In addition to filling open positions, the Talent Acquisition Lead plays a critical role in shaping the overall recruiting function. The role drives improvements in efficiency, candidate experience, and employer branding while ensuring alignment with business priorities. Success in this position requires a balance of strategic insight and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and influence best practices across the organization.
