Work you’ll do

Will be actively involved in providing accounting operations advisory services for clients such as but not limited to:

• Own end-to-end sales and delivery of PMI and finance transformation engagements
• Drive advisory business development - identify client whitespace, shape proposals, lead SOW scoping and pricing discussions
• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with CFO and finance leadership and also CTO and IT leadership (for finance transformation)
• Manage engagement economics including budget, margin, and resourcing
• Integrate cross-service offerings (PMI, Operate, Tax, Technology) into broader deal structures
• Contribute to thought leadership through POVs, credentials, and case studies OR becoming active member of relevant association that is considered as goodwill to drive business development OR have relevant qualifications that showcasing expertise in relevant areas
• Support recruiting and development of Managers and Consultants

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree from reputable universities in accounting, finance, economics, or other relevant discipline. A graduate degree will be an advantage. CA, CIA, CRMP, CPA or other professional qualifications will be well regarded.
• Candidate with a minimum of 6-10 years of related working experience in reputable Consulting / Accounting firm.
• Accounting skills expected: adequate understanding of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK), general accounting journal, financial statement reporting processes and analysis.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office, esp. Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skill, problem solving skill, and attention to detail.
• Able to work in team, has a strong leadership and time management skill.
• Must be able to adapt to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure working environment.
• Willing to learn and has a high curiosity on new things.
• Excellent oral and written communication skill in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
