Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for the overall management and performance of the UOB Plaza branch, including sales, operations, customer service, and team leadership, to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets for various banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and wealth management.
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of branch staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market, including corporate and individual clients.
Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability.
Ensure a high level of customer service quality and experience.
Manage operational risks and compliance within the branch.
* Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations effectively.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to analyze financial data and make sound business decisions.
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
