About the Role
NavSav is building out its Employee Benefits division from the ground up, and we're looking for a producer who wants to build a book of business, not inherit one. This is an outside sales role focused on new business development, client retention, and organic growth within existing accounts. You'll own your territory, run your own pipeline, and get direct support from HUB leadership as you grow it.
NavSav's Employee Benefits approach is intentionally independent: we're not tied to a single carrier or a BUCA-first model. That means you're free to bring clients the best-fit solution instead of a predetermined one, and to build real credibility as a trusted advisor.
