We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to provide clerical and data entry support for multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering and updating information in company systems, and supporting various administrative functions.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build office and administrative experience while supporting a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
Maintain and update electronic records and databases
Review documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry
Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks
Support departmental projects as assigned
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, to manage and organize information
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive data
Required:
Strong working knowledge of computers and office software
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher with excellent accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains, or related ERP/accounting software
Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative support experience

After construction is completed, we continue our involvement in each gardens development by recommending one of our garden management programs to steward the growth of your evolving landscape.
