The Senior Property Accountant is responsible for preparing GAAP financial statements, forecasts, and investor reporting packages for operational properties. They also manage general ledger reviews, variance analysis, and assist in the coaching and development of accounting staff.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and possess at least 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in GAAP, accounting software, and MS Office is required, with a preference for experience in real estate development or construction accounting.

As our Senior Property Accountant, you will be preparing and analyzing financial results of operational properties, including the preparation of the following: GAAP financial statements, financial forecasts, reporting packages to investors, general ledger review, variance analysis, and audited financial statements. This position will also assist the manager with the coaching and development of staff.
