The Investment Principal will identify, originate, and lead investment opportunities within financial market infrastructure and digital assets. They are responsible for managing the full transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, financial modeling, and stakeholder relationship management.
Candidates must have 8-10 years of experience in private equity, M&A, or venture capital with a focus on financial technology. A deep understanding of trading ecosystems and the ability to execute complex transactions are essential requirements for this role.

This role requires a deep understanding of the dynamics of trading ecosystems, a robust network of industry contacts, and a proven track record of executing complex transactions. You will be responsible for sourcing, leading, and managing investments across the full transaction lifecycle, primarily within the United States.

Below is the expected base salary for this position.
