The Practice Manager oversees daily office operations, manages staff, and ensures the delivery of high-quality dental care across multiple business lines. They are responsible for meeting financial and performance goals while fostering team development and maintaining operational excellence.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of dental office experience, with 1 year of management experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The Practice Manager oversees the successful implementation and management of all three Benevis business lines of general dentistry, orthodontics, and expanded services in the office. This role manages the day-to-day functions of the office, but also growth initiatives, assists in training office staff, owns the relationships with doctors, and ensures operational excellence in partnership with the Director of Operations.
