Compensation consists of salary and substantive bonus program competitive with leading strategy consulting firms. Travel is minimal (less than 5%).
About HSG
Highland Strategy Group is a boutique strategy consulting firm based in Boston, MA. Founded in early 2021, HSG has seen significant growth and is actively seeking to expand our team of Consultants to support this growth. While we typically prefer to promote from within, we simply cannot keep up with demand and want to capitalize on future growth opportunities.
At HSG, you’ll work alongside other motivated and intelligent individuals, gaining hands-on experience and direct client exposure from day one. We emphasize career progression and provide significant upward career mobility within our growing organization. We strive to create a work environment that empowers employees to succeed while supporting work-life balance. Unlike many consulting firms, travel is extremely limited, allowing you to focus on building strong in-person connections on a daily basis.
Why Highland Strategy Group?
Contribute to the success and growth of a rapidly scaling company and make an immediate impact
Take an active role in shaping firm culture and fostering a collaborative, collegial work environment
High-profile engagements with leading private equity firms, PE-backed companies, and investment banks

Immersive learning opportunities in a fast-paced environment
Opportunities for personal growth and career development – we are actively looking to promote from within and cultivate internal talent
Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package that rewards strong performance and career development through mentorship and coaching opportunities. As a growing company, we want contributors to see the fruits of their labor, and as such, we offer annual profit-sharing distributions.
In addition, we offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family, 401(k) savings plan with company matching, flexible vacation policy, life and disability insurance, parental leave, wellness/gym reimbursement, and more.
