The EHS Director is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. This includes supervising safety staff, conducting audits, and managing emergency response plans across various locations.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 7 years of EHS experience, preferably in construction or laboratory environments. In-depth knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, NRC, and EPA regulations is required, with a CSP certification being highly desirable.

The position will require some travel and the ability to empower individuals or teams throughout our footprint to provide safety oversite and leadership in individual locales.
