The MEP Manager plans and oversees all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes on ICI construction projects to ensure integration with architectural and structural elements. They are responsible for managing trade contractors, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with codes and budgets.
Requires a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 8-12+ years of progressive MEP management experience on ICI projects. Candidates must have strong knowledge of Canadian building codes and experience with BIM coordination tools.
In accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is $110,000-$160,000 . Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity.
