Requires 3+ years of quality or process engineering experience, including at least 2 years in an industrial setting. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab for business data and process capability analysis is required.

The Quality Technician is responsible for supporting plant quality compliance, product quality improvement and process capability. This position leads continuous improvement activities to improve product quality and process performance and leads root cause and corrective action activities to resolve field and in-plant quality issues.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The atmosphere is that of a manufacturing plant. The position will primarily work where moving machinery produces noise. Employees must wear Personal Protective Equipment that is issued for that location. Temperature can range from extreme cold to extreme heat. Physical demands may include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, climbing, pushing/pulling, forward bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, squatting, crawling, postural balancing, manipulating, trunk rotation, handling, gripping, and talking (hearing).
