What You'll Do
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineering leader to join our Experience Solutions technology team within Workplace Savings & Retirement Solutions (WSRS). You'll lead and mentor software engineers supporting external customer experience for a variety of capabilities. We'll work together with product managers and other technology teams to continue building a first-class experience for our Participant and Employer customers.

Who You Are
Associate or bachelor’s degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 6+ years work experience or equivalent experience.
Formal leadership experience (e.g., managing a small team, acting as a tech lead or domain lead with direct reports)
Experience conducting 1:1s, giving feedback, and supporting performance and growth.
Comfort owning decisions and partnering with Product and peers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
Hands-on experience working in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Hands-on experience working with Typescript, React, and Next.js
Background in full-stack development, able to traverse from front end to database.
Track record of building team culture.
Demonstrating a product mindset.
Using AI coding assistants, GitHub Copilot, etc.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$116000 - $156000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
