Essential Duties & Responsibilities: |

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This position supports a multi-location operation. Periodic travel to other company locations within the surrounding vicinity may be required to support business operations.
Key fundamental skill sets for this role will be:
Equipment Maintenance & Repair• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on production equipment to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Facility Maintenance• Maintain facility systems including lighting, HVAC support, air compressors, plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, doors, docks, and building infrastructure. Preventive Maintenance & Documentation• Complete scheduled PM tasks accurately and on time. Safety & Continuous Improvement• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and company policies. Preferred Skills• Experience with industrial sewing machine repair. Physical Requirements• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.
