Advance planning maturity through governance, standardization, and adoption of enabling technologies.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
12+ years of supply chain experience, including significant leadership experience in integrated planning, supply planning, SIOP, or end-to-end supply chain roles.
Deep expertise in integrated planning, including demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and business planning integration.
Proven success operating in complex, multi-business, multi-site, or vertically integrated manufacturing environments.
Experience coordinating planning across multiple manufacturing stages with significant interdependencies and shared constraints.
Demonstrated ability to lead across functions and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect planning decisions to customer, operational, and financial outcomes.
Experience building organizational capability and improving planning processes, governance, and maturity.
Proficiency in ERP and advanced planning systems, including SAP, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or equivalent platforms.
Preferred Experience
Experience in solar, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or other highly integrated industrial supply chains.
Experience leading planning standardization and performance improvement across multiple businesses or organizations.
