The Telecomm/VoIP Manager will serve as the primary technical resource for maintaining and expanding the company's OnPrem and Cloud VoIP infrastructure. Responsibilities include performing configuration changes, troubleshooting call quality issues, managing circuit orders, and providing technical guidance to IT personnel.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience supporting Avaya Telephony Platforms and in-depth knowledge of SIP and H.323 signaling protocols. Proven project management experience and familiarity with enterprise SIP trunking and virtual phone systems are also required.

Compensation Range: $105,000 - $118,000
Other Compensation: This position is bonus eligible.
