Your role:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered products that drive measurable business impact across operations, offices, and products. This role goes beyond model development—owning the full lifecycle from problem framing and data exploration to production systems, APIs, and user-facing applications.
The AI Engineer transforms complex, high-volume data into scalable, intuitive solutions by combining advanced AI/ML techniques with modern software engineering and full-stack development. This role works closely with AI product owners, AI data scientists, business SMEs, and IT partners to deliver robust, production-grade AI solutions that are embedded in real workflows and decision-making processes.
This role requires a product-oriented, hands-on builder with strong analytical depth, engineering excellence, and a passion for solving real-world problems end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Problem Framing
Translate business needs into end-to-end AI product solutions with clear success metrics, user workflows, and decision impact
Define MVP scope, prioritize features based on ROI and feasibility, and drive iterative delivery from concept to scaled adoption
Design human-in-the-loop, human-on-the-loop, and autonomous AI experiences aligned to business processes
Data & Feature Engineering
Perform exploratory data analysis across structured and unstructured datasets to uncover actionable insights
Engineer scalable feature pipelines, embeddings, and transformations for ML and GenAI use cases
Establish data contracts, quality checks, and reusable data assets to support production systems
Model Development & Applied AI
Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models across domains including computer vision, time-series, anomaly detection, and optimization
Leverage LLMs/VLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agent-based frameworks for modern AI applications
Balance accuracy, latency, interpretability, and cost to meet real-world constraints
Extend solutions from predictive to prescriptive decision-making
MLOps & Productionization
Design and implement end-to-end pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring
Apply CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration to ensure scalable and reliable deployments
Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining strategies
Optimize systems for performance, cost, and real-time/edge constraints
Full-Stack Development & Integration
Build production-grade APIs, microservices, and backend systems to serve AI models
Develop lightweight front-end applications, dashboards, or user interfaces to enable business adoption
Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems (e.g., MES, ERP, supply chain platforms)
Ensure seamless user experience from data to decision
Collaboration & Product Delivery
Partner with AI Product Owners, SMEs, and IT teams to deliver integrated, high-value solutions
Translate technical capabilities into business value and user outcomes
Lead technical direction for vendors and external partners to ensure quality and delivery alignment
Contribute to reusable blueprints, accelerators, and best practices across AI initiatives
Responsible AI & Governance
Ensure explainability, fairness, privacy, and compliance across the AI lifecycle
Maintain documentation including model cards, data lineage, and system architecture
Implement guardrails and evaluation frameworks for GenAI and agent-based systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management in Information Technology, Software Engineering and other related in discipline Computer Science
