Responsible for scheduling appointments through various communication channels. Acts as a liaison between the technical assistance network and customers for equipment installation, removal, or maintenance.
Requires a high school diploma, with a degree or technical course in progress being desirable. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in customer service and communication techniques are preferred.

Atribuições do cargo: Realizar agendamentos, através dos diversos canais de comunicação, fazendo contato entre a rede de instalação/assistência técnica e os clientes que necessitam de instalação, desinstalação ou manutenção de equipamentos comercializados ou locados pela empresa.
Horário de Trabalho: Das 13:00 às 19:20 horas, de segunda a sexta-feira e aos sábados das 08:00 às 14:20 horas.
Local de Trabalho: Home office, com disponibilidade para estar na empresa, sempre que for solicitado.
