Lead the planning and execution of BIM services for major programs, ensuring projects meet client expectations, budget, and schedules. Coordinate multi-discipline BIM review meetings and maintain organizational BIM standards and execution plans.
Requires an associate degree in an A/E or construction field and 5-10+ years of experience implementing Revit and BIM standards. Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, and knowledge of ISO 19650 and AIA standards are essential.
With limited supervision from the Vice President of VDC + Quality and Assistant Manager of Virtual Design and Construction, this individual works with the assigned Project Manager to plan and execute the successful delivery of a project that meets the client's expectations, budget, schedule, and goals. This individual will be assigned what Ghafari considers a major program requiring high levels of BIM services and scopes of work
