Responsible for the integral calculation of bi-weekly and monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees, including deductions, bonuses, and settlements. Manages personnel files, employment contracts, and generates executive reports for HR and Finance departments.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 2 years of payroll experience. Must have strong knowledge of El Salvador's labor legislation and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
