The manager leads a team of maintenance and facilities personnel, coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades to optimize facility performance. They collaborate closely with operations, safety, and logistics teams to align facility management strategies with business goals. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in sustaining a safe, efficient, and cost-effective environment that supports the distribution center’s productivity and growth.
