Requires a former military rotary-wing pilot with at least 1000 total military flight hours and an active U.S. Secret clearance. Must possess an FAA Class II medical flight clearance and preferably have HH-60W qualification and instructor experience.
Description
Employment for this position is contingent upon contract award. Overall, this position supports a geographically distributed Functional Check Flight operation. Personnel maintain required flight qualifications and administrative readiness through their assigned home station while routinely traveling to government maintenance facilities to execute mission requirements. Flexibility and responsiveness to changing maintenance priorities are essential to mission success. This position primarily supports the depot FCF operations at FRC East in Cherry Point, NC for phase maintenance drop-offs, pickups, and acceptance. The secondary responsibility is to support HH-60W FCF operations at Patrick SFB.
