The Operations Manager has full operational responsibility for production cells within an FAA Part 145 Repair Station. They are tasked with leading teams, ensuring operational readiness, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer commitments and quality standards.
Candidates should have proven leadership experience in an aerospace MRO environment and a strong understanding of avionics maintenance. A bachelor's degree and an FAA A&P license or Repairman Certificate are preferred.
