Imagínate emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de:
Asegurar entrenamientos a las operaciones y millas locales de acuerdo a necesidades del negocio;
Realizar seguimiento de resultados de entrenamiento y armado de reportes
Definir planes de acción antes los números debajo del target
Implementar proyectos de learning path como, onboarding, retraining y etc.
Realizar rutinas de alineación con las operaciones, milla y multiplicadores
Trabajar de manera articulada con equipos operacionales de modo de lograr escalabilidad, sinergia y eficacia en las iniciativas de comunicación y entrenamiento.
Requisitos:
Poseer más de 4 años de experiencia gestionando la capacitación de personal operativo preferentemente en centros de distribución logística, plantas, manufactureras o sector retail con manejo de volúmenes altos de personal a capacitar.
Tener experiencia en gestión de proyectos y ciclo PDCA para sus entregas, así como en conectar productos de training x KPIs de impacto en el negocio.
Poseer conocimientos en detección de necesidades y diseño de programas personalizados multimedios en diferentes idiomas, gestionando desde plataformas LMS y herramientas de IA, así como en formación de instructores (Train-the-Trainer).
Contar con manejo de herramientas para análisis y presentación de datos como Excel / Google Sheets avanzados, así como tableau, SQL y Bigquery.
Contar con disponibilidad para radicar en Morelia y viajar frecuentemente a estados aledaños.
