The role focuses on driving product consumption through client presentations, BCTK, and the development of recipe books for the national portfolio. It also involves training the sales force and clients, coordinating the YOCUTA program, and supporting new product launches.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy and 3 to 4 years of experience in hotels and restaurants. Candidates must be proficient in savory and sweet cooking, recipe costing, and have experience in food service and public speaking.

Objetivo principal:
Cubrir la demanda de presentaciones a clientes y diferentes eventos del área, realizando BCTK, desarrollos enfocados, pruebas de versatilidad para futuros productos, capacitaciones a la fuerza de ventas, lives, videos para clientes y desarrollo de recetarios para posicionar el portafolio de productos a nivel nacional.
1.- Imparte presentaciones del portafolio a nuevos clientes en los canales de restaurantes y maquiladores por medio de BCTK para posicionar los productos del portafolio y generar consumo apoyando al incremento de las ventas.
2.- Capacita a clientes para el uso correcto de los productos ya sea a nivel digital o presencial, para asegurar la continuidad de su consumo por los beneficios obtenidos.
3.- Elabora y actualiza recetarios internos y para clientes para incrementar las posibilidades de uso de productos, estandarizar costos y aportar novedades atractivas para generar mayor demanda de consumo.
4.- Crea y presenta las diferentes preparaciones por temporalidades y tendencias de consumo anuales para mostrar versatilidad del portafolio.
5.- Capacita a la fuerza de ventas, física o digitalmente, aportando argumentos de ventas funcionales y específicos para un mejor acercamiento a los clientes.
6.- Coordina el programa YOCUTA, tanto local como nacional, llevando el seguimiento anual y participando a nivel LATAM.
7.- Apoyo en los nuevos lanzamientos de productos, organizando y participando en las diferentes actividades requeridas para dicho fin,
8.- Particia en el programa Chef to Chef Academia y desarrolla las actividades programadas para el evento DIA del CHEF a nivel nacional.
