Candidates need 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing performance media campaigns, preferably within an agency setting. Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and data visualization tools like Excel is required.

The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for the planning, creation, and execution of integrated digital advertising programs for key DAC Group clients. This individual will be accountable for the strategies and functional activities as they relate to the effective delivery of core client programs that include paid search, paid social, OLV, display, and other critical channels to DAC Group’s core offering.
This role requires three days in-office days per week. Remote work is not available for this position.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC’s total compensation package for employees.
