Nous recrutons un(e) Analyste en opérations commerciales pour rejoindre notre bureau de Montréal. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de direction des cliniques ainsi qu’avec des équipes transversales afin de transformer les données en actions concrètes favorisant la croissance.
Au quotidien, vous serez responsable de deux volets clés :
Analyse et rapports : Analyse des P&L, diagnostics de performance, analyses ponctuelles approfondies et suivi des KPI — en transformant les données opérationnelles en opportunités concrètes.
Processus et automatisation : Développement et amélioration des systèmes de reporting — meilleure qualité des données, délais plus rapides et processus plus évolutifs.
Au cours de votre première année, vous deviendrez un partenaire analytique de confiance pour les opérations à travers le réseau. Avec le temps, vous gagnerez en autonomie, avec l’opportunité de gérer votre propre portefeuille de cliniques.
