Requires over 15 years of supply chain experience with at least 8 years in a people management role. A bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA preferred, along with fluency in English and the ability to travel across the LATAM region.

Provide strategic leadership for the Mexico & LATAM Supply Chain, shaping and executing an end‑to‑end supply strategy that enables sustainable business growth, competitive advantage, and long‑term profitability. Drive the alignment of demand, supply, manufacturing, and distribution to ensure resilient product availability, both local and imported, while proactively managing regulatory, quality, and risk requirements across the region.
Act as a key strategic partner to the business by translating commercial and growth ambitions into scalable operational capabilities, optimizing cost‑to‑serve, and strengthening organizational effectiveness. Lead the development of innovative sourcing, procurement, and distribution models, including the selection and governance of contract manufacturers, through close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver best‑in‑class quality, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance across LATAM.
