Le ou la Gestionnaire - Développement des affaires assure l'engagement de nos clients et prospects. La personne est responsable de les inviter à des webinaires ou à toute initiative d'engagement, d’assurer le suivi avec eux et de les informer des nouvelles offres et services de Léger. Le poste requiert un esprit entrepreneurial, un intérêt à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et rapide, et une motivation à réussir – jour après jour.
RESPONSABILITÉS
Soutenir l'équipe de ventes au quotidien
Identifier et approcher de nouvelles entreprises et organisations.
Interagir avec les prospects et les clients pour renforcer leur engagement envers Léger en utilisant une multitude de méthodes : courriels, téléphone, réseaux sociaux, etc.
Inviter et assurer le suivi des prospects et clients pour les webinaires de Léger et autres événements
Partager les articles et contenus de Léger lorsque pertinent pour soutenir les initiatives des clients et les besoins des entreprises
Maintenir et mettre à jour les dossiers de ventes et de clients dans le système CRM
Aider à préparer et distribuer les documents et présentations de vente
Assurer la coordination avec l'équipe marketing pour soutenir les stratégies de vente et les efforts de génération de prospects
Agir à titre de support pour les événements de vente, les webinaires et les conférences
S’informer des tendances du marché et développer ses connaissances des produits pour contribuer efficacement au processus de vente
Diplôme universitaire ou diplôme collégial en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine d'étude connexe
Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la vente, de préférence dans la recherche marketing ou la vente de solutions
Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et communicationnelles.
Curiosité, ténacité, motivation, attitude professionnelle et courtoise
Esprit stratégique et capacité à comprendre rapidement les enjeux d'une organisation.
Forte autonomie et excellent sens de l'organisation.
Expérience avec un CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce ou autre) constitue un atout.
Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
Dynamisme et esprit entrepreneurial, créatif et stratégique et goût du dépassement.
Capacité de réseautage
Capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients et à les transformer en opportunités commerciales
Aisance à travailler avec différents intervenants et équipes multidisciplinaires.
À l'aise dans l'interaction avec des clients de niveau VP et C-level
*La connaissance de l’anglais est requise pour ce poste, car la personne titulaire devra communiquer régulièrement à l’oral et à l’écrit avec des collègues, partenaires ou fournisseurs situés à l’extérieur du Québec, rédiger des documents internes bilingues et participer à des réunions tenues en anglais.
