You will design complex IT solutions that align with organizational architecture targets while integrating data, application, security, and infrastructure needs. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and possess at least six years of relevant experience. Proficiency in French is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset.
As a Senior Advisor, IT Architecture, you design IT solutions to meet project business needs using Desjardins Group’s architecture targets and shared platforms. You ensure consistency with the organization’s structure, as well as current and future needs, and ensure that new elements are compatible with existing architecture. You influence business partners and stakeholders on solution architecture development initiatives that are strategic, complex and innovative. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth expertise across several IT fields, including data, applications, security and infrastructure. You make recommendations on IT development and implementation strategies that comply with architecture targets. You produce specialized deliverables as part of projects or initiatives that have a high degree of operational and conceptual complexity. You use your analytical skills and comprehensive, in-depth understanding of your line of business and the organization. Coordination is critical. You interact with a very large number of stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You serve as a specialist advisor, as well as a resource person and coach for decision-making bodies. More specifically, you will be required to :
