The Compliance Analyst will support the Canadian client management compliance program by conducting onboarding, account maintenance, and AML/ATF screening checks. They will also monitor employee training requirements and review marketing collateral to ensure alignment with regulatory policies.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 1-2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the investment management industry. Proficiency in both English and French is mandatory, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Under the supervision of the Manager, Global Regulatory Compliance, the Compliance Analyst, Global Regulatory Compliance will support the Canadian client management compliance program by conducting client onboarding and account maintenance reviews, performing AML/ATF and client screening checks, coordinating remediation of documentation deficiencies, and monitoring compliance-related employee training requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping ensure regulatory requirements are met through accurate recordkeeping, timely follow-up with stakeholders and a strong attention to detail.
