As a Senior Master Planner, you will play a role in ensuring the smooth coordination of activities within a complex program, aligning stakeholders and suppliers with our strategic objectives and timelines. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal project schedules, as well as integrating supplier-provided schedules into a project plan.
Position
Program Planning: In collaboration with the Program Manager, coordinate the integration of project plans into a comprehensive and structured master plan.
Review and Optimization: Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to review the master plan, apply best practices, and ensure consistency of the critical path.
Capacity Management: Support teams in implementing demand and capacity management using CPMO standards and the EPM solution (Project Online).
Monitoring and Control: Maintain the master plan, including schedules for internal resources and external suppliers, track progress, anticipate obstacles and delays, and recommend corrective actions.
Quality and Continuous Improvement: Monitor the quality of plans, collaborate with project managers and controllers to improve planning standards, and contribute to process development.
Resource Management: Establish the overall resource plan, identify capacity gaps, and propose adjustments.
Technical Leadership: Serve as the reference point for planning and capacity management for the LDRR program. Participate in Monte Carlo analysis.
