The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business and technology to translate strategic needs into actionable requirements for digital delivery programs. Reporting to the BA Practice Lead, the Business Analyst - Digital Delivery plays a pivotal role in shaping ANZ's future digital channel experience. You'll be at the centre of the Single Customer Front End (SCFE) program, a strategic initiative designed to deliver a unified, seamless digital experience for customers across multiple channels. Working within dynamic, cross-skilled Agile squads, you'll help deliver solutions that transform how ANZ engages with its customers.
In this role, you'll act as the critical link between business and technology - translating ideas into actionable outcomes. You'll collaborate with a diverse mix of stakeholders, applying exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships and drive success. Your experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments will help you navigate a range of deliverables with confidence.
