The Brewing Team Leader is responsible for translating production requirements into daily plans and coordinating resources to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations. They will lead shift meetings, manage team performance, and collaborate across departments to support continuous process improvements.
Candidates should have people leadership experience within a manufacturing or food and beverage environment, along with strong planning and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and a background in brewing or liquid processing are highly regarded, as are relevant qualifications in engineering or food science.

We’re looking for a people-focused Brewing Team Leader to lead our brewing and beverages operations at our Cascade Brewery in South Hobart.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll translate production requirements into practical daily and weekly plans, coordinate people and resources, and ensure operations run safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
You’ll maintain a visible presence across the operation, support your team to perform at their best and collaborate with stakeholders across production, planning, maintenance, safety, and quality.
