Work with your Project Manager to confirm and refine the scope of projects as you conduct research and sourcing
Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to prospective experts
Coordinate and conduct calls with prospective experts to validate their background and fit for assigned projects
Document experts’ relevant experience in a clear and concise manner - facilitating quick and accurate evaluation of expert profiles by Client Contributors
Answer expert questions and handle any objections to maximize the onboarding rate of high-quality and relevant experts to our network
Negotiate expert rates to minimize costs while aligning payment to the value of the experts’ insight and background vis-a-vis the research target
Support the scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors for your projects
Monitor calls and troubleshoot any connectivity issues
Who You Are:

Energetic: You have a proven ability to manage fast turnaround projects, meet deadlines and targets
Organized: You have demonstrated an ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Detail Oriented: You have a strong attention detail, with the ability to discern and precisely document the core elements of an expert’s relevant skills or experience vis-a-vis a defined scope
Excellent Communicator: You’ll regularly be engaging with industry experts to learn about their background and convey what it means to participate in our network
Goal Oriented: You are motivated by the idea of identifying and delivering the best-possible expert profiles to our Client Contributors for each project scope quickly and efficiently.
