The Center Store Specialist manages key categories including Dairy, Frozen, Bulk, Coffee, Candy, and Beer & Wine to ensure freshness and pricing accuracy. They are responsible for executing planograms, coordinating replenishment, and supporting front-end operations during peak times.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with at least 2 years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations. A high school diploma and experience with inventory management technology are preferred.

Are you known for your attention to detail and multitasking? Ready to take charge behind the scenes and keep our store moving at full speed? As the Center Store Specialist, you will be the store’s point person for excellence across key center store categories including Dairy, Frozen, Bulk, Coffee, Candy, and Beer & Wine. You will ensure product freshness, pricing accuracy, and merchandising compliance while supporting inventory integrity and guest engagement. This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational standards.
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
