Support Producers and Marketing Account Executives by managing a book of surety business, including marketing new business and servicing renewals. Handle complex client issues, manage bond documentation, and mentor team support personnel.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least two years of relevant surety industry experience. Must possess appropriate insurance licenses and demonstrate proficiency in client relations and basic computer applications.
Support the Producer and Marketing Account Executive (MAE), as applicable, by marketing and servicing new and renewal business. Effectively manage a book of businesses containing selected accounts requiring a high level of expertise and client service. Mentor Team Support and assist the Client Service Manager with procedural training for new employees. Maintain knowledge of applicable coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting and legislative changes to support strong relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training Two (2) years of relevant Surety industry experience Appropriate insurance license(s) Strong client relations skills, including:
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
Advanced degree Certification in field of endeavor Experience with Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
Able to work all scheduled hours, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and as required by business need.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
